Being a successful Senior Software Engineer you’ll have deep technical software development skills and a real passion for the product and company. Leading by example, you’ll drive your team to demonstrate best practices and meet deadlines. You’ll never leave a team meeting without making the decision or having ‘a next action’. Decide who is going to get it done as a collaborative team, things without an owner rarely get done. Having a pragmatic approach, you’ll be risk-averse, and know when ‘not to do something’.
- Experience in C# (our backend) and the MS .Net Stack.
- Owns the SDLC - design, build, test, and operate
- Takes the lead on technical decisions, taking the opportunity to shape how the product is built
- Desire to guide and lift your team, great things happen by enabling others to be at their very best
- Proactively stays up to date with the latest technologies and practices, consistently encouraging improvements
Tech stack is Apache Druid, ElasticSearch and Kafka
