She is running the busy Salesforce and Marketing Automation desk at Upper Echelon and is passionate about creating positive change in the recruitment process and developing opportunities for her candidates and options for her clients. Having fallen in love with New Zealand at a young age, she moved from small town Wales to New Zealand in 2013 and has been happily living here as a permanent resident ever since.
