Business analyst being sought for a high performing data team, rolling out a substantial transformation programme to upgrade systems in a large government department.
You'll be a mid to senior business analyst that has the following experience. You might also be a Technical Business Analyst.
Good track record of business analysis experience, preferably in a large enterprise or government department.
Can show sucess in eliciting requirements, and preparing use cases and user stories.
Some knowledge or experience in data products or cloud data platforms.
Knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
Keen on data and have an understanding of how it works with data products.
The role
draw out customer needs at a mainly senior level and translate them into effective business requirements for use.
define document and manage the change requirements through the lifecycle.
Have a data and information focus on the requirements, keeping in mind responsible data use.
This is an opportunity to work with a good manager, good data architect and data advisor, workign predominately at the senior level in a large organisation.
You will also be working with modern cloud data and business intelligence platforms e.g Snowflake.
Pay
The role is paying between $120,000 and $130,000, based in Wellington CBD.
