The Role
As the Cloud and Security Engineer you will be the subject matter expert for-
cloud methodologies such as PaaS and SaaS, programming languages such as Python, Azure IaaS servers, PowerShell scripting, SQL, HTML, LDAP.
The role requires a robust understanding of concepts and technologies such as: agile, data warehouse, object oriented development, object relation mappers, model view controller, APIs, and version control.
Working collaboratively within this close knit team to provide stable, predictable, secure, and automated cloud-based solutions to help create and sustain a DevOps type environment. The primary focus for this role will be to effectively:

Our client complies with government legislation in various jurisdictions which in certain circumstances may impose a requirement that certain workers be vaccinated against COVID-19 (or otherwise have a valid exemption) For client facing roles, many customers require staff to be vaccinated to attend their workplaces. Based on this, our client has introduced a Vaccination Requirements policy which requires all new starters to be vaccinated against COVID-19 or the subject of an appropriate exemption (and to provide evidence of the same).

- Azure cloud deployment
- Implement Infrastructure as Code
- Drive Automation
- Service Desk support in your areas of expertise
- Vendor Management
- Build and deploy technology with a security lens
