We're looking for someone who can take ownership of the governance, direction and delivery of key enterprise systems within a purpose-led New Zealand organisation. TechnologyOne is the larger part of the environment, supporting around 1,800 people across all areas of the organisation, including finance, payroll and HR. Salesforce supports a smaller user base.

We're seeking someone who can:

• Lead enterprise system projects, upgrades and improvement
• Manage vendors and challenge them when needed
• Put the right governance, policies and controls around critical platforms
• Work comfortably with finance, payroll, HR, technology teams and senior leaders
• Understand technical conversations without needing to be the person doing the configuration
• Someone who can see the bigger picture.

This is not a hands-on admin or developer role, but you'll be the internal advocate, the guardian of the capability and governance of the systems used, policies and controls. You could come from a TechnologyOne, ERP, enterprise applications, financial systems, payroll, HRIS or even an asset management systems background.

TechnologyOne experience would definitely help. Salesforce knowledge would be useful. What is important is the positive 'can-do' attitude, the enterprise systems mindset, governance experience, and the ability to get things done through other people rather than chasing an impossible checklist of technologies. It could also be a great step for a strong second-in-command who's ready to take broader ownership.

This is a Wellington based role with good benefits and the option to work from home one day per week. Salary could range from $100,000 to $120,000 per year.
