Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and coordinating two small teams, ensuring they have the right tools, support, and training to function effectively.
- Fostering a happy and supportive team culture and environment.
- Project management, overseeing complex automation software and systems, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting client expectations.
- Maintaining and expanding the client base, collaborating with the Business Development team on projects and prospects and projects, contributing to the growth and success of the company.
- Quality assurance, ensuring adherence to company quality standards.
The Person
You'll bring:
- Experience of the industrial automation and controls industries
- People leadership and management skills
- Solid project management experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A collaborative, can do attitude
