Senior/Lead Salesforce Functional Consultant

Here's your chance to step into a senior or lead Functional Salesforce role within a global consultancy that has built one of the most respected Salesforce practices in New Zealand. You’ll be working with household-name, enterprise customers on Salesforce implementations. As one of a small team of leads, you'll oversee end to end implementations through requirements gathering, solution design, documentation, build, test and release.

You won't just be configuring solutions, you'll be shaping them.

This is a role that combines hands-on delivery with leadership and influence, in a value-led, award-winning organisation known for investing heavily in its people, culture, and wellbeing. 

Leading workshops, driving relationships with senior level stakeholders and solving real world business problems are all part of this complex role.  The opportunity is open to either experienced Salesforce Lead Functional consultants, or those in a senior role seeking a step up or simply a change of environment to a company that invests in your career.

Ideally, you'll have prior implementation with some of Sales, Service and Experience Clouds. Additional capability in any of Finserv, Pubsec, Revenue or field service would be great too, but not essential. What is important is having the capability to work confidently within a consulting environment with the view of a growth mindset.

This opportunity can be based in either Auckland or Wellington with a hybrid working model, and be either permanent or contract.
