We are seeking a passionate, calm, and experienced marketing professional with SFMC experience to join a friendly, fun team that is at an exciting growth phase and has plenty in the pipeline.

The Role
As a Marketing Operations Consultant, you'll lead client relationships and drive strategic initiatives using data and analytics to deliver exceptional results for high profile clients.

You will be part of a smaller collaborative team within a larger team that is dedicated to driving client success through data-driven insights and innovative strategies. 

Your responsibilities will include scoping and managing projects, providing strategic guidance, and implementing cutting-edge technology platforms to optimise marketing efforts. 

The Person
We're seeking a candidate with platform expertise across Marketing Operations, a strong grasp of data strategy, and the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights for clients. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional problem-solving skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a collaborative approach to teamwork. 

The Skills

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience (SFMC)
• Ability to communicate complex concepts in simple terms
• Strong problem-solving and innovation skills
• Platform expertise in Marketing Operations 
• Proficiency in data strategy, analytics, and platform implementation
• Excellent interpersonal and client management skills
• Ability to effectively mentor and train others
