Your role will encompass enhancing project delivery, expanding their referenceable customer base, and ensuring that every team member thrives in their role. Your ability to lead, mentor, and engage with your team will be crucial as the company navigates a period of rapid growth.
Ideally you’ll understand and have experince in ERP systems like, Netsuite, SAP, Sage, Syspro, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or Dynamics AX.
Manage and lead a high-performing team during a period of growth and development.
Continuously develop and mentor the consultancy team, providing oversight and guidance.
Play a key role in driving our clients' success and satisfaction.
Utilize your sound business acumen to achieve strong commercial outcomes.
Maintain a hands-on approach across projects while making a real difference to our customers.

- Minimum of 3 years' experience in consulting management or leading large project teams.
- Proven background in Practice/Professional Services Management, including building and managing consultants and meeting revenue targets.
- Strong engagement management abilities with the confidence to influence a broad customer base.
- Comfortable with preparing commercial documents, professional services estimates, and negotiating financial terms.
- Experience in scheduling resources and optimizing team utilization.
- Excellent communication, customer engagement, and presentation skills.
- A deep passion for your team's development and success.
- Ability to support selling solutions in complex, long-term sales processes.
