Upper Echelon has engaged with a large, complex financial services organisation undergoing a major Salesforce transformation and they need a technical leader to guide the team.
This isn’t just architecture, it’s hands-on influence, real decision-making, and the chance to shape how Salesforce is used at scale. This role will see you guide the strategy for a major modernisation programme.
You'll have the opportunity to lead the technical design across the Salesforce platform, considering the organisations wider technical landscape. Here you'll be involved in:
- Leading architecture decisions and solving complex technical challenges
- Engaging closely with senior stakeholders to shape roadmap and direction
- Driving platform stability, performance, and secure delivery practices
The person we're seeking needs significant Salesforce experience in an architectural role, either solution or technical. With:
- Proven experience delivering large-scale, complex Salesforce solutions
- Strong understanding of security, compliance, and enterprise environments
- Experience in, or knowlege or Financial Services Cloud (FSC) would be a definite advantage
The role offers a rare level of technical leadership within a well known, highly respected enterprise level organisation. You'll play a pivotal role in building the internal capability in a modernisation have the chance to implement new Salesforce features and applications to drive the platform forward, always looking at 'what's next' on the horizon.
This role must be based in Auckland, so you'll either already be based there, or be willing to relocate. Due to the seniority of this role, the salary is very attractive ($200k+ base) plus a significant benefits package.
