We're seeking a senior Salesforce Technical Lead to direct the technical strategy for a significant implementation while also supporting and improving the existing Salesforce environment.

You’ll be working across architecture, technical leadership, stakeholder engagement, governance, and delivery oversight. It’s a role for someone who can stay close to the technology while also operating confidently with executives, business leaders, developers, administrators, and consultants. Of course, there's a technically hands-on element too! 

This is a chance to play a pivotal role in shaping Salesforce architecture, revenue operations, and scalable platform delivery in a high-growth, innovative environment.

In this role you'll...

• Be the in house advocate and lead technical solution design across Salesforce improvements in a shift to Revenue Cloud.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a small team of Salesforce developers and Admins
• Partner closely with the leadership and business units to translate strategic objectives into practical Salesforce solutions.
• Drive Salesforce best practice, scalability, security, performance improvement, user experience enhancement, and adoption of emerging technologies / AI.

The role needs someone who can explain complex technical concepts in business-friendly language, while remaining hands-on enough to guide technical decisions across workstreams.

What we're looking for...

We're seeking expert-Salesforce platform knowledge, with strong technical depth. Experience with Salesforce implementation projects is essential, ideally covering CPQ, Billing, or Revenue Cloud. You’ll also need hands-on experience with large-scale Salesforce transformations, technical architecture, system integration, data migrations, environment strategy, and release governance. A strong consulting mindset is important here.

You’ll be working with executives and business leaders, so communication, leadership, problem solving, and the ability to manage complex multi-system environments will be key.
