Qualifications and Experience

• A degree in Computer Science, Biology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record as a Bioinformatics Engineer or in a similar role.
• Expertise in tools such as Nextflow, Python, R, TypeScript, Unix/shell scripting, and data science platforms like Jupyter or RStudio.
