- Configure Dynamics 365 CE at a senior level, including form customisations, workflow, Power Automate, Power Apps
- Business analyst functions, including running workshops, developing user stories and documentation.
- Knowledge across Customer Engagement first-party apps, Sales and Service, Marketing and Digital Contact Centre experience highly desirable .
