The Person

We are seeking an experienced person who can operate in a client-facing role. Proficiency in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform is essential for effectively navigating and leveraging these tools. You’ll showcase a proven ability to lead clients, projects, and team members, emphasising a commitment to achieving optimal outcomes. A background in a professional services environment is a necessity, and you are familiar with industry standards and practices. 

You’ll bring your energetic and adaptable nature, thriving in a fast-paced work environment. An essential part of your skill set will include the ability to manage conflicting priorities and pivot effectively in response to the dynamic demands of the market.

  • Configure Dynamics 365 CE at a senior level, including form customisations, workflow, Power Automate, Power Apps
  • Business analyst functions, including running workshops, developing user stories and documentation.
  • Knowledge across Customer Engagement first-party apps, Sales and Service, Marketing and Digital Contact Centre experience highly desirable .
