Upper Echelon have teamed up with a well known NZ organisation to find an experienced Salesforce Functional Consultant to join their in-house team.

The company is a household name with a great reputation. They are proud to have a well honed, fully integrated Salesforce platform (including 7 clouds) which is a great blend of non-restrictive governance and still maintains a fast moving environment. The culture speaks for itself with a team of high performing consultants, most of which have long tenures, operating in a highly collaborative way. The Salesforce capability is even driven by and involves C-level leadership.

Technically, we're looking for a functional consultant who has strong Sales/Service Cloud capability, Sales is the main focus here, Service is a nice back up. Having a consultative mindset, a can do approach and an overall positive attitude is the next big requirement.

Partnering with the business, building and growing the Salesforce capability is what this role is all about. If the Agentic side is an area of interest, then this is also on the agenda for 2026.

We're open to candidates based anywhere in New Zealand, Auckland and Christchurch locations would be highly beneficial. The company is moving to brand new purpose built offices in a few months and have a hybrid (2-3 days per week in the office).

Salary is up to $150k per year, plus some excellent benefits.
