You’ll take the lead across Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud (Data 360), working closely with senior stakeholders to turn marketing strategy into scalable, connected customer experiences. You’ll own the technical direction end-to-end, while translating complex data and integration concepts into something the wider business can actually use.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll lead solution design and delivery across Marketing Cloud, owning architecture from initial design through to go-live. Along the way, you’ll design integrations and data flows across Salesforce and external systems, set best practice across delivery, and mentor others in the team. You’ll also stay close to stakeholders, helping shape solutions and occasionally supporting workshops and presales activity.

What you’ll bring

• Experience operating as a Technical Lead, Architect or Senior Consultant within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Strong hands-on capability across Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud (Data 360)
• Knowledge/Experience across Sales/Service Cloud helpful, but not essential
• A solid understanding of data, integrations and customer journey design
