Upper Echelon is searching for a Technical Application Consultant for an exciting A/NZ-based IT company, based in their Wellington office. 

This role involves delivering high-quality service and solutions to a diverse range of payroll and HR clients, requiring adaptability and a willingness to learn quickly. Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to understand their technical challenges and business requirements.
Develop and implement SQL-based solutions, utilising VB, triggers, and stored procedures as needed. Work on team projects, contributing your expertise and insights to create impactful solutions.

Provide technical guidance and support to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Continuously learn and stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Explore opportunities for pursuing relevant certifications to enhance your skills.

The Person

Our ideal candidate has a keen interest in HRIS solutions, including Payroll, Time & Attendance, and HR functions. Whether a recent graduate or experienced in support roles, you should possess technical aptitude, SQL database proficiency, and the ability to quickly learn new systems. A can-do attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication are essential.
