This is a unique opportunity that requires a mix of Salesforce technical knowledge, business acumen and people leadership. 

We are seeking a passionate, business savvy, experienced CRM Team Leader. 
You'll oversee and manage a very capable small team of experts dedicated to enhancing CRM tools, with a primary focus on leveraging Salesforce capabilities.

The Role
As the CRM Solutions Team Lead, you will lead and develop a team of four direct reports. You'll also take ownership of the platform ensuring its efficiency and alignment with business objectives. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the architecture overview, providing strategic solutions to projects and senior stakeholders, and managing work breakdowns to support tool growth and development.

The Person
We're in search of a candidate with robust mid to senior-level expertise in overseeing Salesforce platforms. You should demonstrate a proven track record in enterprise-level business analysis and project management, coupled with the knack for articulating strategic visions to senior stakeholders.

Essential to this role is experience in team leadership, collaboration with partners, and the ability to navigate complex technical landscapes. 

This position is ideally tailored for an individual with strong management capabilities, whether stemming from a background in technical business analysis, Salesforce product ownership, or solution architecture.

The Skills
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities and platform
  • Enterprise-level business analysis and project management skills
  • Ability to present clear strategic visions to senior stakeholders
  • Experience leading and managing IT teams
  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in managing workflow through an agile environment
  • Certification in Salesforce preferred but not required
  • Competitive salary of up to $170,000 (depending on experience)
