Lead/Principal Salesforce Solution Architect

You’ll join one of New Zealand’s leading digital consultancies and a globally recognised Salesforce partner. This role sits at the centre of large, complex Salesforce programmes, owning architecture across multi-cloud, integration-heavy environments, with enterprise customers. This is a role for a Lead/Principal Salesforce Architect who wants real influence over platform design and outcomes.

This is a leadership architecture role, combining deep technical delivery with solution leadership across complex Salesforce implementations, playing a pivotal role in technology-enabled transformation programmes and strategic IT initiatives. Essentially, you'll be senior enough to influence and technical enough to deliver. 

• Setting the architectural direction for enterprise Salesforce programmes, staying close enough to the platform to make sound, practical decisions
• Leading complex solution design across Salesforce, integrations, and data, stepping in hands-on where scale, risk, or complexity demands it
• Defining long-term Salesforce and AI-enabled roadmaps, aligning technology choices directly to business outcomes
• Partnering with executives to translate strategy into clear architectural intent and delivery direction
• Acting as a trusted advisor and technical authority, challenging thinking, simplifying complexity, and guiding teams through critical decisions
