The Role
Upper Echelon is seeking a dynamic and customer focused Salesforce Architect or a capable Senior Technical Consultant that would like to further develop their career. 
This permanent role offers work flexibility, with offices based in Auckland or Wellington. 

You will be working alongside an experienced and innovative large team to provide high-level Salesforce architecture, design, estimation, delivery and documentation that meets the client needs. 

Working with household names across varying industries, including telco, government, finance and automotive industries. There is an opportunity for career progression as well as attractive remuneration.

The Person
A good attitude, approach and customer focus is vital, you will be working with the cream of the crop in the NZ salesforce ecosystem. 

Ideally you will have a proven track record and experience with the technical and declarative side of Salesforce in enterprise companies - you will be working on the latest releases and products in Salesforce. 
This is a leadership role, so the willingness to lead, support and mentor others is also important. 

Skills

• Proven and extensive experience as a consultant delivering on technical solutions
• Experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Experience working in Agile environment
• Relevant Salesforce certifications 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to have skills

• Hands on experience with any of the following: Java/C#/HTML/JavaScript development
• Experience in DevOps, ITIL, ITSM and CI/CD pipelines
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CPQ
• Previous consulting experience
• A tertiary qualification in computer science or information systems
