The Role
This is a senior role that would suit a Salesforce Solution Architect, Technical Lead or Salesforce Design Lead.
You will be responsible for leading the design of the Salesforce platform features on Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience and Integration (don’t worry we aren't expecting you to know all of these modules!)

Leading the development team to design, configure, build and support Salesforce solutions, putting together reusable foundational designs on the Salesforce platform, and working with the wider team to customise Salesforce applications.  

It’s either a contract or permanent role, you must be based in New Zealand, but can be working from anywhere in New Zealand.

The Person
The ideal person will have significant experience in working with design on the Salesforce platform. The bigger and more complex the enterprise, the better. 

Most importantly you work well with others, you will be part of a smaller Salesforce team in a larger organisation, so clear communication is vital. 

You will possess the following attributes to be successful in this role:

• Experience with multiple Salesforce products and the ability to proactively recommend new features and improvements. 
• Have a deep understanding of using declarative and programmatic methods (Flow, Process Builder, Apex, SOQL)
• Ability to work closely with the larger team to understand the business requirement to deliver high quality solutions.
• A solid understanding of Salesforce standards and best practices.
