The Role
You will be part of an experienced team working on developing customised business features on an enterprise scale Salesforce Platform. 

In this role you will have the opportunity to provide input and often lead the design and development of systems and apps within Salesforce. The projects are interesting and varied and you will be working with an organised team in an Agile environment. 

The manager is charismatic and supportive, and this company has a strong staff retention rate, you will have a chance to move and grow within the organisation.  


The Person
The ideal candidate will have experience developing customised business features in Salesforce or Java. You will be a natural people person and a skilled communicator who is comfortable engaging with both technical and non technical users alike. A good attitude and customer focus is a must. 

You will have a strong understanding of the Salesforce with a few projects under your belt. Confidence is key, as part of the role is to provide advice and recommendations to a range of business and technical stakeholders. 

You will also possess the following technical attributes:

• Experience with Salesforce development
• A solid understanding of the Salesforce platform 
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Apex, Java/Javascript
