Upper Echelon is seeking a customer focused Salesforce Functional Consultant on behalf of our client for a rare remote opportunity.

The Role
As a Senior Salesforce Consultant, You will have the opportunity to work closely with clients, understanding their needs and delivering high-quality solutions using Salesforce best practices.
Your expertise in Salesforce will make you a valuable subject matter expert, providing guidance and expertise to clients throughout the process. You will work autonomously but with support along the way.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Working in cross-functional teams, both onshore and offshore, you will collaborate to deliver a unified vision focused on client satisfaction.
The Person
Stakeholder Management and Business Understanding:
You will have excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to understand customer business objectives and provide high quality innovative solutions.
You will ideally have an open communication style that fosters inclusion and trust with stakeholders
Solution Design and Technical Aptitude:
You'll bring a wealth of experience in Salesforce solution design, with a flair for tackling technical challenges. Your skills in business analysis, innovative problem-solving, and transforming complex issues into practical solutions will be invaluable. You'll have a firm grasp extracting requirements and constructing effective functional solutions.
Autonomy and Communication:
You will demonstrate initiative and autonomy in managing projects ranging from simple to complex. With excellent communication and presentation skills, combined with a results-driven approach, you will excel in delivering successful outcomes. You will possess the desire and the ability to effectively work in a remote working environment, showcasing your adaptability and remote collaboration skills.

- Strong Salesforce administration experience with hands-on business analysis and solution design
- Functional expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Proficiency in building solutions using configurable components of Salesforce.com
- Knowledge of: APEX, LWC, Aura, REST, SOAP API, websites, data integrations
- Ability to apply best practices and a customer-centric approach in application development and design
