Senior Functional Lead

Salary to $180,000 per year, plus Kiwisaver and excellent benefits

You’ll join one of New Zealand’s leading digital consultancies and a globally recognised Salesforce partner. This role sits at the centre of large, complex Salesforce programmes, where you'll be able to engage with clients to shape and deliver transformation initiatives from a customer perspective via business first lens. Partnering with teams to move from strategy to real-world delivery, with outcomes that matter.

• Working hands-on with clients to unpack requirements and shape Salesforce solutions that work in the real world
• Leading functional workshops and mapping current and future-state processes, not just documenting them
• Acting as the bridge between business and delivery teams, keeping solutions practical, aligned, and buildable
• Getting into the detail through configuring, validating designs, and supporting delivery through to release
• Coaching and supporting other consultants, helping lift capability while still staying close to the work

Ideally, for this role you'll have that perfect blend of hands-on commercial experience while gaining a few certifications along the way.
